this hotel is a hidden gem in saint petersburg. the location is perfect, close to nevsky prospekt and the subway. the staff is super helpful and speaks excellent english. the room was comfortable and clean, and the shower was powerful. definitely exceeded my expectations during this stay.

I was particularly touched by the reception administrator, Ms. Maria Pak, who even packed us breakfast when we had to leave early for a flight. The hotel's proximity to the Gostiny Dvor Metro station, just a 3-minute walk away, was also a plus.
